Clayton Tony Au is a Chinese American film director and screenwriter with over 15 years of experience directing both narrative films and commercials.

He has directed branded films and campaigns for major global brands including Procter & Gamble, Old Spice, and BMW. His Old Spice TV spot “Yoga” starring Ronny Chieng ran regionally during the 2024 Super Bowl and won an award at the 3AF Excellence Awards for Creative Campaign of the Year.

In narrative films, he first gained recognition for his short crime thriller SUBURBAN JUNGLE, which won top awards at multiple festivals. His feature screenplay DISREPAIR has earned accolades from Austin Film Festival and Coverfly Pitch Week.
